eHomes are built with a finished 300 Sq Ft BuilderModule™ at the core of the home. The BuilderModule™ is the factory-built ‘heart’ of the home containing 75% of all the Mechanicals of the home completed. The BuilderModule™ contains both bathrooms, tubs, cabinets, the utility room, furnace, ducting, plumbing, water heater, and the electrical panel with all circuits and breakers, delivered with our home building kit.
The BuilderModule™ is set into the concrete foundation, and the home is assembled around it with SIP wall and roof sections, and windows and doors in just a few days. After the BuilderModule is set onto a small crawl space, concrete floors and outside walls are built around it using Wall SIPs - these are structual insulated panels designed specifically for your eHome.
The entire structure is then covered with a roof assembly built with super insulated SIPs or Structural Insulated Panels that are delivered along with the Builder Module. These are roof sections that are also built in a factory. Click here to discover SIPs
The result is an amazingly strong home that can withstand hurricanes and tornadoes…..AND because the proprietary eHome building system combines the best of the offsite and onsite building processes - your home is stronger, better insulated and offers more upgrades than any modular or mobile home at a comparable price!
