Answer We offer our homes in Multiple Listing Service, and all agents have access to your home.

Answer In addition to usual marketing avenues we know that over 76% of buyer’s start their home search on the Internet. eHome’s Internet exposure is more effective than any companies website can offer. Most buyers today use the Internet to search for their home before they even call an agent. Usually, they will drive by the homes they have selected on the Internet and call to see the ones that they really love. This is an advantage for you, as the buyers who actually do preview your home are more serious about your property.
Question Are you just a virtual information site?
Answer NO! We are a connection between a professional agent, their company and the buyers and sellers.. Our partner agents want to deliver the best service for the lowest fees. Our highly trained licensed real estate professionals are dedicated to your transaction. We know from experience that working as a team to get your home sold will result in better service and lower fees!
Question Is there any fine print or hidden charges, when you sell my home?
Answer Absolutely not! The details of our programs are clearly spelled out, before you start working with us.
Question Will other agents show my property, if I offer them 2.5% commission?
Answer Remember, the Internet has changed so many different businesses, like the travel industry and the way stocks are traded. Today buyers choose the homes they want to see and tell the agents, which homes to show to them. A good agent wants to see their clients happy.
Question Do we have to buy a home through your company to get low selling commissions? One agent told us we had to buy a home and sell our home with his company to get a lower listing fee.
Answer No, we do not have any strings attached with our programs. We charge the same low fee, if you only want to sell with eHome. However, if you do buy a home with us, we have an additional program to save you more money.
Question Do you offer Open Houses?
Answer Most agents do offer that service, but according to national statistics only 1% of homes are sold through Open Houses. We can increase your exposure on eHome.com with our virtual tours and extra photo shots, as well as floorplans and maps of the area. In addition, when the eHome Locator pulls up the buyers search list, eHome’ listings will always be featured first.
